Dr Aquil Busrai
Dr Aquil Busrai has to his credit four decades of experience that includes managing strategic and operational HR as well as managing a business as Managing Director. He has extensively handled rapid business expansion, high quality talent management including HiPo retention, M&A, Downsizing including closure and advising on setting up operations in India.
In his career spanning 44 years, he has worked in various HR roles with Unilever in Kenya and India and was Executive Director HR Motorola for Asia Pacific countries. He worked with Shell Malaysia as Director Human Resources, Shell Malaysia and Managing Director of Shell People Services Asia Sdn Bhd. His last corporate assignment was with IBM India Limited as Executive Director Human Resources.
A Gold Medalist from XLRI from where he passed his MBA, Dr Busrai is a University Rank Holder and has to his credit Graduation in Commerce with a Distinction, a post Graduate degree in Law and an advanced Diploma in Training and Development, besides a PhD. He is also a Certified Coach.
Dr Busrai has been the President of Delhi Management Association and Vice Chairman for All India Management Association’s Northern Region in India . He is on the National Council of CII, ISTD and ASSOCHAM and on Board of several education institutes and Corporates. He was awarded the “Pathfinder Award” by National HRD Network for being selected as “Outstanding Seasoned HR Professional and also honoured with the “Life Time Achievement Award”. He was honoured with The Golden Globe Tigers Award in Kuala Lumpur for Leadership in HR. XLRI honoured him with “Distinguished Alumnus Life Time Achievement Award” Dr Busrai is a visiting faculty at Berkeley EMP and UCLA PGPX, besides Indian Institute of Management. He is a Fellow of All India Management Association and Past National President of National HRD Network.
Dr Busrai is a keen student of non-verbal communication and is authoring a book on ‘Body Language’. He is an ardent wild life enthusiast and a serious wild life photographer.
Dr. Arvind Agrawal
Dr. Arvind Agrawal is a senior business leader who has been, Management Board Member, CEO, Director of marketing, Strategy and human capital management in best in class organizations. Until recently, he was in the Management Board of RPG –a large diversified Group as President of Corporate Development and HR where he continues as Advisor with responsibilities for coaching business leaders and facilitating organization development. As Management Board Member, he participated in developing strategic direction of the Group, supervising and enabling all the companies in the Group in their performance through periodic business reviews. Prior to that, he has held significant leadership positions as Chief Executive in Escorts JCB and Escorts Construction Equipment; as Head of Corporate Strategy, Marketing and Human Resource in Modi Xerox. These experiences provided Dr. Agrawal with comprehensive business insights into the workings of organizations in different industries while providing him the opportunity to make invaluable contributions to the success of these enterprises. Since transitioning from his corporate journey, Dr. Agrawal has led the formation of Global HR Lead Partners with a charter to offer executive coaching and consultancy in leadership, organization and human resource management to clients both in India and internationally. Dr. Agrawal holds a PhD from IIT Bombay and is alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and IIM Ahmedabad. Dr. Agrawal is also accredited by International Coach Federation (ICF) as Master Certified Coach (MCC). Dr.Agrawal, early in his formative years, had exposure to cross cultural learning as an exchange student under AFS International. This provided him opportunity to live with American family and attend high school final in northern Chicago suburb. He is now an active volunteer serving as Board Member in AFS India. AFS International has certified him as international trainer on intercultural learning. Further he is professionally certified coach accredited by the international coach federation. In recognition of his many contributions, Agrawal was awarded the National HRD Award in 1992. He served as the National President of National HRD Network during the year 2000 - 2002.
Yogesh holds Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from University of Mumbai and accredited by International Coach Federation (ICF) as MCC (Master Certified Coach). He has over 2500 Hours of coaching experience including coaching assignment for leadership teams of various organization across Manufacturing, Banking & Financial Services and IT Sector. He started his career at Crompton Greaves, India and spent the formative years of his professional life at Escorts and Modi Xerox. After a stint in the UAE as the Head of Human Resources at Middle East Bank, Vijay relocated to the United States where he has held senior HR and IT leadership roles at US West, AirTouch/Vodafone, AT & T Wireless, Nextel Communications, and Caesar’s Entertainment. He was the SVP and Global Head of HR at Asurion Corporation, the world leader in Technology Protection Services until Jan of 2014.
