Yogesh specialises in addressing the business needs through Human Capital Management solutions. Having worked as a CHRO, P&L leader, facilitator and a coach, Yogesh works with business leaders to work out simplified solutions that take into account the organisational realities. He specialises in designing developing and implementing solutions around Organization design, strategy formulation and Leadership pipeline using his skills in the area of facilitation and coaching.
Yogesh has over three decades of experience as CHRO, P&L Leader and a coach. He has worked as CHRO with leading organisations like Persistent Systems, L&T Technologies, Zensar. As a CHRO, his significant contribution has been to build strategic capabilities in the HR organisation to ensure exponential business growth for the organisation. As a CHRO, he has handled complex organisations spread across multiple geographies covering the areas of organisation design, leadership pipeline, total rewards. He has also been involved in executing some of the key Build-Operate-transfer deals.
As a P&L leader he turned around a loss making business unit spread across India, Middle East and Africa. Under his leadership the unit grew four times in a short span of three years.
Yogesh also set up a successful consulting practice to work on executive coaching and strategic interventions for diversified industry domains and leading organisations like WHO, John Deere, Vodafone, Dassault Systems, Fidelity National Financial, Bacardi, Barclays, Reliance, SKF, L&T, HPCL.
Yogesh’s last corporate role was Chief People Officer (CPO) of Persistent Systems Ltd. With a revenue of close to USD 1.5Bn Persistent is one of the top 10 IT services organisations in India. During his tenure as CPO, Persistent doubled its revenue and was recognised for its HR interventions at the industry level.
Prior to Persistent Yogesh also held CHRO positions at Zensar and L&T Technologies during the crucial phases of their growth journey. During his tenure with Zensar and RPG group spanning more than a decade he also held P&L leadership role for India, Middle East and Africa
