Until recently, Dr. Agrawal served as a Management Board Member and was President of Corporate Development and HR at RPG, a large and diversified group. In this capacity, he was instrumental in developing the strategic direction of the group, overseeing performance through periodic business reviews, and providing guidance to all companies within the group.

Prior to his role at RPG, he held significant leadership positions, including Chief Executive at Escorts JCB and Escorts Construction Equipment, as well as Head of Corporate Strategy, Marketing, and Human Resources at Modi Xerox.

After concluding his corporate journey, Dr. Agrawal transitioned into an independent executive coach and leadership consultant.

Dr. Agrawal is highly educated, holding a PhD from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. He is also an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur and Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.

During his formative years, Dr. Agrawal had the unique opportunity to engage in cross-cultural learning as an exchange student under AFS International. This experience allowed him to live with an American family and attend high school in a northern Chicago suburb.

Throughout his career, Dr. Agrawal has received numerous accolades in recognition of his contributions. In 1992, he was honored with the National HRD Award. He also served as the National President of the National HRD Network from 2000 to 2002. In addition, he was the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award by Business World at the HR Excellence Summit and Awards in 2021.

Dr. Agrawal holds the prestigious title of Master Certified Coach, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). This accreditation underscores his expertise and proficiency in executive coaching and leadership development.
