Ebbe Skovdal brings more than 30 years of international executive experience as a leader, manager, trouble-shooter, and change agent. Ebbe’s broad experience and rich insights support his flexible and highly personalized approach to understanding and improving the specific needs of an organization and its cultural environment.
Ebbe is a professionally certified coach accredited by the Resource Associates Corporation Coaching Academy (RACA).
Ebbe has spent a good part of his professional life with AFS Intercultural Programs, Inc., a leading intercultural education and exchange organization with a presence in 100+ countries around the world. He has served in various leadership roles within the organization, including Managing Director of the AFS program in Denmark, Vice President for Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, Senior Vice President for Programs and Operations, and President. He has successfully led several major change projects for AFS worldwide to resolve problems and leverage opportunities.
Ebbe Skovdal is currently the President and Chief Coach of iDIMENSIONS Alignment for Success, a business and executive coaching company.
He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in history as well as a bachelor’s degree in religion from the University of Copenhagen.
Ebbe specializes in executive coaching, leadership development, transition management, organizational alignment assessments, personal and team assessments. He is also an experienced facilitator.
Ebbe is a Danish national and resides in the United States, living near New York and Philadelphia.
