The India operations of a European multinational in the engineering industry.

The Challenge

The client needed to develop a culture of collaboration where people stop wasting time laying blame on one another internally. On the advice of GHRLP Partners, the organisation embarked on an organisational transformation journey to bring in the desired culture..

Outcomes

A leadership off-site meeting of 2 days involving the top 40 leadership team members was held. This was facilitated by the two of the GHRLP partners. During the offsite, the leadership team identified –
 

  • Desired cultural
  • Current culture
  • Barriers and enablers for the transition
  • Internal customers and the current satisfaction levels, action plans to improve satisfaction level.
  • Cross-functional teams defined the behavioural definition of each of the desired cultural pillars.
  • Detailed action plan for implementation.

This engagement also involved GHRLP supporting program management for the transformation initiative.
